Accessibility Statement
All policies7Statement
1Commitment
1.1Mine Marketing LTD, an Israeli company whose registered address is 28 HaArba'a St., Tel Aviv-Yafo 6473925, Israel (“Mine Marketing”), is committed to making the Site accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people who use Assistive Technology, navigate by keyboard, magnify the screen or prefer reduced motion.
1.2This Statement describes the standard that Mine Marketing applies, how far the Site meets it, what is known not to meet it, and how to obtain help.
2Scope
2.1This Statement applies to all pages published at mine-marketing.com, including the home page and the policies collected at Legal.
2.2It does not apply to Third-Party Sites, including LinkedIn, TikTok for Business, AdsBuzz and the advertising platforms, which are responsible for their own accessibility.
2.3Meetings with Mine Marketing take place by arrangement. Anyone attending a meeting who needs an accessibility arrangement is asked to tell the Accessibility Contact in advance, so that it can be made.
3Definitions
3.1In this Statement:
- Accessibility Contact
- The person at Mine Marketing responsible for receiving and handling accessibility feedback and requests, whose details are in Section 12.
- Assistive Technology
- Software or hardware that people use to read, navigate or operate a website, such as a screen reader, screen magnifier, speech-recognition software or switch device.
- IS 5568
- Israeli Standard IS 5568, the Israeli standard for the accessibility of web content, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
- Personal Data
- Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, including “personal information” as defined in the data-protection laws that apply.
- Site
- The website at https://mine-marketing.com, including all of its pages and the policies published on it.
- Third-Party Site
- A website or service operated by someone other than Mine Marketing, including LinkedIn, TikTok for Business, AdsBuzz and the advertising platforms.
- Visitor
- Any individual who accesses or uses the Site or makes an Enquiry, as defined in the Terms & Conditions.
- WCAG 2.2
- Version 2.2 of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Level AA is the middle of its three conformance levels.
4Legal framework and standard
4.1In Israel, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and its regulations on the accessibility of services (the “Service Accessibility Regulations”) require services provided to the public, including through a website, to be accessible, by reference to IS 5568.
4.2Mine Marketing’s target for the Site is conformance with WCAG 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG 2.2 Level AA includes the Level AA success criteria of the earlier versions of WCAG on which IS 5568 is based, except the criterion on parsing, which WCAG 2.2 removed as obsolete. Mine Marketing therefore treats conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as meeting the Level AA requirements of IS 5568.
4.3Mine Marketing applies the same target to the Site wherever a Visitor is located, including in the European Union and European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States.
5Conformance status
5.1The Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that most of the Site meets the standard but some parts do not yet fully conform, or have not yet been fully verified. The parts concerned, and the alternatives available, are listed in Section 7.
5.2This status is based on Mine Marketing’s own assessment, described in Section 10. It is not a certification, and no third-party audit is claimed.
6Accessibility features
6.1The Site includes the following features:
- Page language. The language of each page is declared, so that Assistive Technology reads it with the correct pronunciation.
- Structure. Pages use headings in a logical order and landmarks for the header, navigation, main content and footer.
- Skip link. A “Skip to content” link at the start of each page moves past the header to the main content.
- Keyboard operation. Every link, button, form field and control can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, in a logical order.
- Visible focus. The element that has keyboard focus is shown with a clear outline.
- Reduced motion. When a device’s reduced-motion setting is on, the Site’s animations stop and their content is shown at rest. The opening animation can also be skipped with its “Skip intro” button, or by pressing a key, scrolling or tapping.
- Partner-logo marquee. The moving band of partner logos pauses on hover, on keyboard focus or when tapped, and is static under reduced motion.
- No flashing. No content flashes more than three times in any one second.
- Text alternatives. Images, logos and figures have text alternatives, and figures have written captions. The activity ledger is labelled “example entries”, and the decision stream is identified as example entries to Assistive Technology.
- Decorative 3D animation. The WebGL animation is decorative; what it depicts is described in text, and all information it illustrates is also given in text.
- Target size. Buttons, form controls and the main navigation have targets of at least 44 by 44 CSS pixels. Smaller footer and side-rail links meet the 24 by 24 CSS pixel minimum of WCAG 2.2.
- Contrast. Text meets the Level AA contrast minimums, and form-field borders have a contrast of at least 3:1 against their background.
- Reflow and zoom. Content reflows to a width of 320 CSS pixels without horizontal scrolling, and the Site can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content or function.
- Forms. Every field of the contact form has a visible label; required fields are identified; errors are described in text next to the field concerned and announced to Assistive Technology; and spam is filtered by a hidden field, not by a CAPTCHA or other cognitive test.
7Known limitations and alternatives
7.1Mine Marketing is aware of the following limitations. Each is listed with the alternative available.
| Area | Limitation | Alternative |
|---|---|---|
| 3D animation | The decorative WebGL animation is visual and cannot be perceived by people who cannot see it. Where WebGL is unavailable, it is not shown. | It is described in text and is not needed to use the Site; all of its information is given in text. |
| Motion | The Site makes extensive use of scroll-linked animation, which some people may find distracting or uncomfortable. | Turning on the device’s reduced-motion setting stops the animations and shows all content at rest. |
| Logo marquee | The partner-logo marquee has no separate pause button. | It pauses on hover, keyboard focus or tap, and is static under reduced motion. |
| Animated figures | Some figures that explain the Operating Modes loop or update automatically, including the decision stream, and have no on-page pause control. | They run only while on screen, stop under reduced motion, and the same information is given in text. |
| Small links | On desktop, some footer and side-rail links are smaller than 44 by 44 CSS pixels. | They meet the 24 by 24 CSS pixel minimum required at Level AA. |
| Screen readers | The Site has not yet been tested systematically with every screen reader and browser combination. | Reports from screen-reader users are particularly welcome (Section 11), and any information can be provided in another format. |
| Contact form | If the form cannot be sent, the Visitor’s own email app opens with the message prepared, which needs an email app on the device. | Visitors may write directly to team@mine-marketing.com or by post. |
| Third-Party Sites | Linked Third-Party Sites are outside Mine Marketing’s control and may not meet the same standard. | Information about Mine Marketing on those sites can be requested from the Accessibility Contact. |
| Language | The Site is published in English only. | Anyone who needs help understanding any Content may ask the Accessibility Contact. |
7.2Mine Marketing intends to resolve or reduce each limitation where it is reasonably able to do so, and reports the result when this Statement is next reviewed.
8Technologies relied on
8.1The accessibility of the Site relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript, working with the Visitor’s browser and any Assistive Technology. WebGL is used only for the decorative 3D animation, which is not relied on for conformance.
8.2Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and animation libraries from the jsDelivr content delivery network, as described in the Cookie Policy. If those hosts are blocked, the Site is shown in the device’s fallback fonts and without its animations, and all content remains available.
9Compatibility
9.1The Site is designed to work with the current versions of the major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile devices, and with the current versions of widely used Assistive Technology, including the screen readers and magnifiers built into the major operating systems.
9.2Older versions may not display or operate every part of the Site as intended.
10How accessibility is assessed
10.1Mine Marketing assesses the Site itself. The assessment combines automated checks with manual testing by keyboard alone, at zoom levels up to 200%, with the reduced-motion setting on and off, and at several screen widths from 320 CSS pixels upwards, in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
10.2No accessibility audit by a third party has been carried out, and none is claimed. Mine Marketing will consider an independent audit as the Site develops, and will state the result in this Statement if one is carried out.
11Feedback and alternative formats
11.1Anyone who finds any part of the Site difficult to use, or who needs information on it in another format, such as plain text, large print or an accessible document, is asked to contact the Accessibility Contact:
- by email to team@mine-marketing.com, with “Accessibility” in the subject line; or
- by post to Accessibility contact, Mine Marketing LTD, 28 HaArba'a St., Tel Aviv-Yafo 6473925, Israel.
11.2It helps to include the address of the page, a description of the problem or of the format needed, and the device, browser and any Assistive Technology being used.
11.3Mine Marketing aims to acknowledge each message within 3 business days and to give a full reply within 10 business days. Where a barrier cannot be removed promptly, it aims to provide the information or service concerned by another accessible means within the same period, and to tell the sender when the barrier is expected to be fixed.
11.4Requests are free of charge and may be made on another person’s behalf.
11.5Personal Data in accessibility messages is used only to handle them and is retained as set out in the Privacy Policy. A message may reveal information about a person’s health or disability. Mine Marketing does not ask for such information, uses any that is given only to respond to the request, and shares it within Mine Marketing only with those who need it to do so.

13Enforcement and complaints
13.1Anyone who is not satisfied with Mine Marketing’s response is asked first to tell the Accessibility Contact, so that the matter can be looked at again.
13.2In Israel, a complaint may be made to the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Ministry of Justice. Elsewhere, a complaint may be made to the authority responsible for disability equality or accessibility in the person’s country. Nothing in this Statement limits any right a person has under applicable law.
14Review of this statement
